We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping responsibilities.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotional events, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep customers informed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically where eligible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express UK Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

WePrep is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, but we will always assist in resolving delivery issues wherever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, WePrep cannot guarantee redelivery and may be unable to issue a refund for lost parcels.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@weprep.co.uk.
We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photographs of the damaged item(s)

Photographs of the packaging
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Delivery Completion
An order is considered delivered once it has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout or marked as delivered by the courier.
Where a customer authorises a parcel to be left in a safe place, WePrep cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
