Delivery Information
We’re here to bring a little more colour to your kitchen. Here’s what to expect when you order from WePrep.
Preparing your order
We usually process orders within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Delivery options and charges
Available delivery options and any charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Eligible free delivery offers are applied automatically.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days.
- Express UK delivery, where available: 1–2 working days.
These times are estimates. Processing and delivery may take longer during busy periods, including sales and Christmas.
Tracking your order
We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, your email will include a link so you can follow your parcel’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Your delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please email hello@weprep.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve things quickly.
